‘I am loving the Members Area of Woofs & Wellness! It’s so easy to navigate.
I set up Lily’s Instagram account during lockdown. Initially it was to enter some photo competitions and then I discovered the doggy Instagram community and was hooked!
We soon discovered Charlie’s account and enjoyed taking part in the ‘Share a Smile’ and ‘Sunday Sniffs’. The content on Charlie’s stories was always so calming, joining Charlie for a virtual walk was so relaxing! Therefore I knew I wanted to join the Woofs and Wellness pack as soon as I heard about it.
Being a teacher, life is hectic and I’m always on the go. Woofs and Wellness encourages me to slow down and most importantly take time for myself. I’ve realised that self care isn’t selfish!
The website is easy to use and the illustrations are gorgeous! I find the downloadable resources helpful. The guests are always interesting and varied. My favourite part is the yoga class though! Being able to take part at home at a convenient time is so helpful. I really enjoy it and Lily particularly likes lying next to me practising her Downward Dog!
We can’t wait to see what comes next for Woofs and Wellness! Thank you Claire and Charlie!
Love Abbie & Lily ❤️’

‘Annie came into my life unexpectedly at a time when I really needed her, and shortly before we were all thrust into a new pandemic reality. Through her, I got out of the house everyday, made new friends and realized the joy of a dog companion. (Long-time animal fanatic, but never had a dog!). She also led me to Woofs & Wellness in a roundabout way…
After virtually “getting to know” Charlie and Claire though their IG account and Share a Smile/Sunday Sniffs initiatives, I knew I wanted to join the pack as soon as I heard about it. While I was getting out and walking daily, spending time with Annie and doing all the other good things I was doing, I realized that I’ve been racing through my life for many years and getting more stressed with each passing day/week/month. There are so many great things about Woofs & Wellness, but the biggest thing I’ve gotten out membership is finally beginning to take time to slow down, and endeavor to fully enjoy the time I’m spending with Annie and with myself. I may not have it all sorted out yet, (and that’s okay!) but knowing I have tools and support to work towards improving my mental health has been invaluable. Thanks Claire and Charlie for all you do!

‘We are new Woofs & Wellness Pack Members hailing from Houston, Texas. We enjoy the great outdoors together and love to join Charlie at the weekends for his #SHAREASMILE Saturdays and #SUNDAYSNIFFS. We always love to share in those moments and it reminds us to breathe deeply and take life at nature’s pace. We love being Pack Members as we can log on at any time of day or night and watch the videos with Special Guests or catch up on the weekly theme. The site is super easy to navigate and it offers so many avenues to explore. It’s lovely to know that Charlie and Claire are real and through sharing in their experiences, we can learn and grow with them. We all need a little support in one way or another. This website allows me to try new things with Taam, like Yoga and I can link in when I have time, not dashing to get to a class on time! I love all the extra tips.
I just know there’s so much to look forward to month by month. I really hope Charlie and Claire realise what a positive impact they have reaching all around the globe. I look forward to connecting with other Pack Members and enjoying the wellness journey together! Just have fun with it and get outside, but if you can’t for whatever reason, this lovely pair will take you along with them!’

‘I came across Charlie’s account and loved it; all of the content was just what I love to see and read. Calm moments, kindness, thinking of others, helpful tips and walks to go on. I got speaking to Claire and we chatted quite a bit. One day I told her about my difficulties with my anxiety. She helped me a lot, explaining how she deals with her anxiety and to try different things.
When I saw and read about Woofs & Wellness and what Claire had created, I knew it was going to be amazing! I joined wanting to dig deeper into helping myself with my anxiety and finding calm in my life. I wanted to learn more about myself and how to deal with certain situations. The tools on the website are really helpful. I also love the fact it’s interactive with my dog Reggie, how we can do Dog Yoga together and learn more about ‘being’ together!’

‘Woofs and Wellness is a lovely idea and the website is something I have been looking for but have not been able to find- somewhere that is stress-free with great advice and support when needed. The website is full of useful information that this week especially I have used loads along with your Instagram page. It has helped me to slow down and try and be in the moment, rather than rushing around and being stressed, which at the same time I can see has rubbed off on my dog Jasmine too. Our walks this last month have been a lot happier and training has also been a lot easier as I haven’t been so anxious, so Jasmine (who is anxious) and my other dog Meg hasn’t been anxious either- the girls are a lot happier! The Yoga Class helped bring me into the moment a little more- the dogs soon relaxed and lay down!
I want to thank you for introducing this into our lives and I can’t wait to see what you bring next and to see what this grows into!’

‘I have been a member of the Woofs & Wellness pack for 2 months now and I cannot emphasise enough the positive impact this has had on my well-being.
Each month there is a new theme, broken down into weekly sections. This means nothing feels overwhelming, and you always have something to do when you log on. I’ve found myself logging into the Woofs and Wellness website instead of scrolling social media endlessly. The activities are always thought-provoking and positive, which leaves me feeling brighter, happier, and more motivated.
So far during my membership I have listened to podcasts (something I have never done before!), I have done yoga with my dogs (which was hilarious and I will never forget), I have tried mindful gardening (pulled out lots of weeds – both physical garden weeds and weeds growing in the mind!), I have been inspired to visit my local garden centre… And this is just the tip of the iceberg. All of these things have helped to keep me on an even keel during some difficult life events. I am so pleased to have found this resource and Claire should be so proud of what she has created.’

‘My name is Ashton, I’m a big animal lover, especially dogs- they are furry therapists and are just amazing. Iris is my 5 month old Saluki, she’s just amazing, funny and so cute. We love nothing more than being out in nature then coming home to snuggle in our pjs watching true crime. I joined Woofs and Wellness because I live with borderline personality disorder, anxiety and depression and with no support I knew I needed to improve my mental health to live a fulfilled life.
After creating Iris’ instagram page I found W&W and was intrigued, after a talk I decided to go for it- I’m on my first month and loving the content and exercises, it’s the self care I need. It’s easy to understand and you can go at your own pace which is great and we are looking forward to continuing this journey. I think it’s great that after joining you get to look back at previous months and go through them if you wanted to or just read the ones you think you will benefit from which we will do as it all about how to overcome or improve areas in your life.
If you’re thinking of joining W&W, my advice to you would be to just do it- you have nothing to lose but a lot to gain. It’s been set up from someone who has personally experienced mental health and knows what she’s talking about. She is sharing what has helped her get through her health with others in the hope to help them too. We highly recommend you give it a go.’

‘We are Becca (aged 46) and Steel (aged 7) and are an inseparable terrible twosome!
Having struggled with anxiety for over 20 years, the stress of managing a popular garden centre throughout the pandemic caused my mental health to reach an all time low about 12 months ago when I experienced a full panic attack whilst driving and collapsed on getting home. I created an Instagram account for Steel as an excuse to keep my mind (and hands) busy during the dark winter evenings and soon found an amazing community of like minded pawrents that are just as daft about their dogs as I am, and began sharing our adventures via his account. As his followers grew, it gave me the motivation to get OUT and live my life again and I have met some truly wonderful people who led me to Claire and Charlie and this family that is Woofs and Wellness.
The members area of Woofs & Wellness is full of so many useful resources that I am already putting to good use and today we visited the yoga room for the first time. I think Steel may need a little work in this area, he was unsure why I was on the floor and not wanting kisses and cuddles, I joined the pack at the perfect time, with the theme being embrace change, the reminder that whilst change is scary and uncomfortable, it is part of life, and it is through change that we can improve our own lives and that of those around us. Just today, I was brave enough to take the first steps towards changing my job. Claire is so supportive and open about her own struggles, it makes it so much easier to accept my emotions and be brave enough to face them and talk about them.
Thank you Claire for creating this safe space, and thank you Charlie for your Sunday Sniffs and Shared Smiles, you truly are gorgeous!’

‘Hi, I’m Julie and this is my 18-month-old Cockapoo, Fudge. I’m married, with two grown up kids who have set up their own homes, hence Fudge! I needed the company and something to stop Empty Nest Syndrome setting in. My husband and I work full time and easily fall into the rut that can bring. Fudge has made us get outside, breathe and enjoy the simple things in life.
I’ve often struggled with anxiety and stress and need a self-help type of therapy. I have learned so much from Fudge. Seeing the joy he gets from little things, I had never paid such attention to pine cones! Lying on the grass and listening to your surroundings, watching the clouds, the simple things, the calmness that brings.
We followed Woofs & Wellness on Instagram and saw the weekly #shareasmile and #sundaysniffs pics, then was lucky enough to win a free month’s subscription and it’s great! I love the themes, the handy planners ( if I write it down, I worry about it less!), breathing techniques, videos, quotes- everything about the site is friendly, useful and welcoming. The layout and content is just what I have been searching for but nothing clicked with me, til now. You can definitely tell it has been created by someone who has been there- even the colours and graphics are soothing. Well worth a try!’

‘My name is Nikki and my buddy is Murphy, a 5-year-old fetch obsessed (mostly) Border Collie. Murphy is the happiest boy who reminds me always to enjoy and appreciate every moment. We love spending time together outdoors hiking, paddle boarding or playing frisbee. We joined the pack because we’ve always loved the positivity and joy that Share a Smile brings and wanted to see what other things Woofs and Wellness was doing. A website for people and dogs dedicated to focusing on personal well-being is a wonderful idea and much needed in today’s fast-paced world. As a new member, I appreciate how easy it is to navigate the space. One of my favorite features is the ability to revisit past topics you may have missed. So far I’ve been very impressed with the content and can’t wait to see what next month brings!‘
‘Hi I’m Samantha but most people know me as Sam. Rani is my very first dog. She is my absolute best friend, my everything. She’s helped me so much. Rani is a Cockapoo who most definitely lives up to her breed description. She loves people and dogs and other animals. She is totally ball obsessed. And definitely a high energy dog and yet she’s happy to just stay in bed with me when I’m not well, refusing to move from my side. We’ve been wanting to join W&W for a while now as we absolutely love what Charlie and his amazing Mummy do on his Instagram. One of our absolute favourites is #shareasmile on a Saturday. It has helped us sooo much through our hard days just looking at those lovely pictures and reading some funny stories. We have just joined W&W and we absolutely love that it not only explains the theme but gives practical tips that we can apply. The beauty is we can do it all in our own time. There is no deadline or rush which is super helpful for us as it means we’re not getting stressed out trying to complete certain tasks.’

‘Blue came into our lives initially to help my daughter, she is Autistic & for her with that comes severe depression & anxiety. I didn’t know when I got him that he would help me far more than her, he has kept me going through the most heartbreaking times. Blue keeps me moving, he lifts me up, he is my best friend.
A year after getting Blue my eldest daughter started Blue’s Instagram account & we discovered the amazing dog community. We have followed Charlie & Claire on Instagram for as long as I can remember, Share a smile is a wonderful concept & our favourite insta day!
We are also proud members of Woofs & Wellness & I think for someone like me this online space is perfect. Being able to access support, gain inspiration on how to cope & improve my life is incredible. We can’t wait to see what’s next for Woofs & Wellness, Thankyou so much’ xxx
